Mark & Lynette exude the warm, lively and welcoming environment of the pub - so good that we have come back twice in one day! For lunch and for dinner! They have a great Gluten Free and Vegan variety where they cook everything separate. We tried our luck and hit the jackpot! What a lovely pub, Tudor and like a tardis!! The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful and happy to see customers. We had a small wait as we hadn’t booked so we enjoyed a pint each and soaked up the atmosphere. Roast beef and all the trimmings, locally sourced food, just amazing. Beef cooked just right too! Great sized portions and nothing like other Astro pubs that give you a third of a carrot and no cauliflower and aunt Bessie spuds. This pub is a must, we will be back. Foods always good, very dog friendly too. Landlord and landlady are amazing, easily my favourite Norfolk pub!
